A Shower & Shampoo

For most of us these days, a shower and shampoo is a luxury.  Life is so busy and complex, by the end of the day fatique sets in and all we want is sleep.  However, if you have a shower and some shampoo, a shower at the end of the day can be a very relaxing thing to do.  You might find that cleansing away the stress from the day will leave you feeling much, much better.
